Took my 2014 ford focus here and they returned it with more problems. I was unable to drive my car to another dealership or mechanic after this experience because of the work done to my car. I’m sure this isn’t an every customer issue but this needs to be addressed. They are not the most diligent and they for sure need to work on time management along with being upfront to customers

I could not recommend this place enough! Our son’s car broke down at Arts Fest and we had it towed in after hours. They were very quick to look at it Monday and kept us informed, made very quick repairs and even took pictures of the old parts for us. The prices were very reasonable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you very much!!

I called them before making an appointment for oil change and A/C testing. They told me oil change costs 19 and A/C testing is 40. I double confirmed the price but after they finished, the bill shows totally different prices. They charge 142 for A/C testing and it works good. The labor fee is 290+ for freon replace and filter remove and replace. They denied that they ever told me that price on phone call and insisted to charge the high price, which is really ridiculous. Never trust in what they told you before showing the bill….

My daughter and her roommate have been going here for several years and they are always honest, affordable and so polite to us! 5 star is what I give them for all there repairs completed! Our 2009 Toyota Yaris loves it here!! Mrs Helen Saraiva

I had Starks look over a 2011 Honda CRV for me before I bought it from a local car dealership. I was nervous due to the age of the vehicle. I had to change the appointment time on Starks last minute due to the dealership. They were still able to accommodate me thank goodness. I asked them to look over the vehicle as if it were something they were going to purchase. They did just that and also showed me under the hood and under the vehicle. He gave me a list of things for the dealership to fix before I bought the vehicle. I can guarantee those items would not been fixed if I did not go to Starks. I really felt like they had my back and my best interest at heart. I went to the front to pay after he was done with the vehicle and I asked what I owed him. He said nothing. I was so surprised and grateful. He said his books were already done for the day so it was all good. I’ve never had that experience at a garage. What a nice surprise.
